Built at Texas Live!, 1650 E Randol Mill Rd
Our work in Arlington has been at Texas Live! on E Randol Mill Road. Every floor, runway, and stage is built in-house from the same 2ft x 2ft x 8in modular panel, so the shape follows the room rather than the other way round.
Western Governors University holds graduation celebrations at Texas Live! in Arlington, and in March 2025 we built the platform they walked out onto: a 12ft x 40ft U-shape, wrapping around the venue's bar rather than forcing the room to work around us. It ran in blue and white to match the school's colors, with an access ramp at one end so every graduate could get up onto it.
The detail we like most is on the side panels. Rather than leave the fascia as plain lit squares, we cut custom WGU logos in vinyl and applied them to the lit edge of the stage, so the school's mark reads all the way around the platform in the photos. The whole run was controlled over wired DMX.
WGU is a repeat client — their 2025 season was booked with us as a single multi-date engagement rather than one event at a time.
